Hyrum again

So we just really wanted to use our trailer again this summer so we scheduled another weekend in Hyrum. And Brian's parents decided to come too. We invited Spencer but his original plans were to go hunting. (See the next post for what happened to his original plans). Elizabeth was able to meet us Saturday afternoon and bring the boat over. We had a nice time. Although, once again, we picked a weekend when the temperatures hit 100 degrees. And that generator that we have been waiting for won't be here until Monday! What good is that! Friday evening we really just had dinner and sat around. But Saturday morning we went to the little zoo up there in Logan. It's just ran on a donation of $1.00 per adult and $0.50 a kid. Most of it is ducks and geese and local birds. But they had a bobcat and a fox, a raccoon and elk, eagles and owls. It's a nice little shady grassy park and was a nice little get away. Then we ran to town to eat and we went to the hobby store to buy some crafts to entertain Kennedy. After doing crafts for the afternoon the cousins showed up and the family went boating. I stayed behind with a baby that was supposed to be napping. He didn't sleep a wink. Oh well. Then we had a nice dinner and spent some time with cousins. Turned out really nice. We came home Sunday and when we pulled into home and put the slide out so we could unpack we snapped one of the cables. So now the trailer is sitting in Jan and Joe's side driveway waiting for a part.
