This is the first year that Oaklan is in Casper's. I can tell that he loves the Christmas songs. He doesn't talk but he can grunt out a tune. I started to catch him "singing" his little songs to himself and knew he was loving the songs. So we decided to go to the Christmas program even though he can't really sing and see what happened. We invited the Grandparents too but warned them that we didn't know how he was going to react. He actually did pretty well. He sat on a teachers lap and grunted and acted out the song just like the big kids. It was quite entertaining to watch his interpretation of the songs.
